|Recommended: YesMy experience so far — My first month here has been a great experience. I believe the location overall is nice. Tall trees for good shade Generally cool area without AC because of the trees 78 F ish , close to target, Walmart, and other common commercial places, and is relatively quite even with the pets. The parking is tight a bit tight, however, there are always parking spots available for guests and friends when they come over. The amount of pools here are very convenient to have a social gathering and have fun. The staff are helpful in understanding contracts services and are fun when setting up festive gatherings. Their resident portal is easy to use and helpful for next steps. They are indeed pet friendly. Haven't requested maintenance yet, so I can't really comment on that yet. Overall, it is a nice place to live.

|Recommended: YesDecent Property — Everything looks pretty nice and clean. Some parts could use upgrades like the windows or fixtures in the bathroom. But everything is well kept and looked good upon move-in.

The environment is quiet so far . The maintenance crew is great, they have alot to accomplish.
