|Recommended: YesMy family and I enjoyed living here. We rarely had any issues when we were here and if we did management addressed the issues promptly, for example when our A C went out in the middle of July and had just brought home our newborn home, they fixed it right away and gave us a portable A C cooler in the meanwhile. The neighborhood was quaint and kept up. We enjoyed the walking pathways and pools during the summer. Overall, a great experience here

|Recommended: YesMy Review — The Villages are nice. There isn’t much parking and it is hard to find parking sometimes but other than that it’s nice.

|Recommended: YesNice place — It’s a nice place to live and decent size floor plans. The only downside is, there seems to be trash around the property and not all pet owners are picking up their dogs. The windows and sliding doors are old, that let in heat and cold air. The appliances at least in my unit are old like the dishwasher and stove.

|Recommended: YesVillages apartments — I think Villages apartments is a property which is good for living in Merced city. Its much better if the noise around the property can be minimized, specifically at night.
